Job Description
One of the world's fastest growing delivery companies is looking for a Workplace Health Coordinator who will take the lead on preventing injuries and health & wellbeing in their Head Office Facility.

Our client is looking for someone to help make their workplace a comfortable, ergonomic and enjoyable place to be. They will be looking to bring on board a chartered physiotherapist to ensure their employees are well looked after.

The Role:

  • Undertake one to one assessments with the employees who are using laptops and portable devices.
  • Provide advice and guidance on a one to one basis to with employees on how to prevent injuries and discomfort.
  • Assist in the development of design guidelines for offices and furniture, specifying ergonomic equipment that will help the company create an active workplace.
  • Manage the on-site health suite and medical room providing inductions on a monthly basis to new employees.
  • Provide manual therapy and diagnostic assessments to identify any musculoskeletal injuries to employees.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal issues through weekly drop in sessions.
  • Set up and maintain employee records and reports in line with the Data Protection act and General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Develop bespoke exercise plans for employees based on their needs.
  • Assist in the development and running of the new starter experience.
The Candidate
  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, such as sports massage, personal training etc.
  • A cool head when things get busy and self motivation to get you through quiet periods
  • A proactive approach to work and an approachable manner
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with change and doesn’t need hand-holding, although you will have lots of support and people willing to pitch-in along the way.
